BEGINNER
Whether you're a complete beginner, have taken some classes or are a returning student after a hiatus....this is a great place to begin
MODERATE
Not too little, not too much...just right. Moderate classes are your go-to classes that explore easing into your body, calming your mind all while strengthening and stretching
INTERMEDIATE
For the more advanced student, a range of classes that will challenge you physically yet offer variations to make the practice more accessible and move at a pace that invites growth
Meditation
Find a seat, close your eyes and practice 'being' rather than 'doing'
Series/Tutorials/Workshops
Dive deeper into an understanding of various poses, explore Yoga for Golfers and learn to strengthen your pelvic floor....this is where it all happens!!
