Andrea was born and raised near London, England. After raising three children and a fulfilling career as a school teacher, she resolved to follow her true passion and share her love of yoga with others.
Having lived, taught, and practiced yoga around the world, Andrea completed her 200 teacher training in Bali, at the age of 55. Initially trained in Ashtanga yoga, Andrea's teachings have evolved into a kinder more gentle approach offering modifications to suit all body types, ages and abilities.
Andrea's personal Zoom classes are held Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and attract students from many different countries!
