Lauri's first yoga class was in 2001 and though dubious about yoga having a place in her exercise regime, she kept coming back because she enjoyed moving her body in a way she hadn't in a very long time.Through yoga, she has become more accepting of herself and others. "Yoga makes me sweat but helps clear away the urge to sweat the small stuff"
Lauri's teaching style is a vinyasa flow base, incorporating power, grace, humor and strength. She seeks to help others discover their flow of prana and lines of energy that exist within us all.
Lauri feels blessed to have four wonderful children, a husband, her dog, friends, fellow yogis and feels these are all her teachers along the path of life.
