Lisa has been in the fitness industry since 2005. She has been passionate about the practice of yoga since she stepped on her mat, many years ago. Lisa has completed her 200hr (2014) and another 200hr (2016) as well as studying extensively with Anton Mackay and John Salisbury. She is currently in the process of completing a 500hr training with Jason Crandell

Lisa's classes are creative and well thought out. Breath, alignment, strength, and an element of fun are all consistent points of focus in every class.
