I begin each morning with Patti Lupos stretch class, then coffee and light breakfast, read my novel, and then get ready for work.

​​We aim to provide age relevant online yoga that is accessible to all active older adults. All our classes are taught by experienced teachers all 55+. Teachers who understand what it's like to be in an older body.
