Megan has been teaching yoga since 2008. She has 200hr certifications in Forrest Yoga and Anusara Yoga, as well as a 500hr certification from Prairie Yoga, influenced by the teachings of Iyengar. Megan is also certified as a L1 and L2 'Yoga for Golfers' instructor having trained with Katherine Roberts.

At its essence, yoga is about transformation. Anybody, at any age, can be healthier, happier and less stressed by the practice of yoga. Megan strives to help each student develop a wise, knowledgeable and instinctual practice.
